But if we

as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Yahshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) his son cleanseth us from all sin --1 John 1:7

Sharing the Everlasting Gospel with the World, Walking in Obedience to the Creator, in His Light, and Salvation through His Son Yahshua the Messiah.
As Hebrews 13:8 aptly points out: "
Yahshua Messiah (Jesus Christ) the same yesterday, today, and forever." Knowing this, it's not hard to discern what Yahshua (YHWH will save) would affirm today; it's the same truth He attested to as he walked this earth some 2000 years ago - an exclusive way to the Father (John 14:6) and that man, as a sinful creature, is in need of a Saviour.(John 3:16-21).
But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief. I Thessalonians 5:4

BIBLICAL DIET AND LIFESTYLE TIPS

Exercise regularly. People in the Saviour's day walked on average up to 10 miles a day.

Cut out all snack foods with hydrogenated fat; processed foods, white sugar, candy, high-sugar cereals and white bread; decrease salt.

Get rid of coffee and drink water, fruit, or vegetable juices instead.

Stock up on nuts, seeds and whole grains.

Substitute olive oil for butter, margarine and salad dressings. Avoid fried foods.

Choose fish and poultry, and eat meat sparingly. Trim all visible fat from meat and remove the skin from poultry.

Limit cheese intake to small amounts of parmesan or feta cheese. Eat low-fat plain yogurt .

Cook and bake with whole-grain products. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, legumes and nuts.

Dining should be a pleasant, relaxed experience with your family and friends; a time to reduce stress.
